Our main office is conveniently located in the center of Schroon Lake, NY. In March of 2003, we opened an office in Lake Placid, NY expanding our reach to our customers to include Saranac Lake, the Whiteface mountain area, as well as west to Indian/Long Lake and over into the St. Lawrence County. This has been a growing successful area, so we have move to larger quarters in 2008. In April of 2003, Adirondack Country Homes Realty opened a branch office in Willsboro to help our Champlain Valley customers explore. This office changed over in 2008 in Elizabethtown to cover more area and assist the communities from Elizabethtown to Plattsburgh region and over to our US border. Shortly thereafter, we found talented agents to assist us in the Great Glens Falls Region (the Gateway to the Adirondacks), and we opened a lovely Victorian office on the busy professional strip on Glen Street. In 2004, we proudly opened our Gore Mountain Regional office in North Creek adding our reach to the central Adirondacks and the ski areas. In 2009, we enlarged this office and moved it to Saratoga Springs. In 2006, we had our grand opening of our Speculator Regional office. This opened up more the central & western Adirondacks to our customers. Wonderful folks in this region and it has been our pleasure to assist this region. We are also headed into the St. Lawrence area with our opening of the Bloomingdale office in the Spring of '07. We thought folks should know about this northern region rich in waterways, lakes and ponds to enjoy. We are also adding many additional programs in 2008. Keep us bookmark for those announcements! The Adirondack Park consist of 6 million acres plus the surrounding communities. In order to fulfill our customer needs, ACHR is in need for many energetic qualified agents to cover this vast area. We have comfortable offices to work in and employ the latest technologies. Friendly atmosphere, and we maintain a strong computer network and have our own mainframe server on-site which allows our agents to travel off-site without missing a beat. We maintain our own web sites with two web masters. Also, available to our agents is the use of graphic artist for brochure implementation, and on-line file documentation.
