Approximately 45% is pasture for grazing and gardening with views to the east of Lake Champlain. The back lot consist of 54.4 acres and is zoned APA 42.7 acres, with the balance of the land being 8.5 acre zoning. The cheese shop and barn rest on the westerly side of Mace Chasm Road. Approximately 10 acres is set off for the residence, and there is 1,330' of road frontage on Mace Chasm Road (including both sides), and 2980' on Soper Road on the Northerly border. The herd is grass and clover feed, and according to the local university lab test, the ph rating of 6.8 and organic matter of 5.2%.
