Here is an opportunity to invest in the Plattsburgh area.  Great opportunity for a Corporate venture in the growing City of Plattsburgh.  Here is some history:  About 7 years ago the Plattsburgh Air Force Base closed and left the City with 5,000 people unemployed.   Since then the following has happened:

P.A.R.C. (Plattsburgh Air Base Redevelopment Corporation) was established to re-vitalize the base property (with an existing airport that can land a 747!).

The former airbase is now a 5,000 acre industrial park with 300 existing buildings.    Some of the tenants are: Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, Westinghouse Airbrake company.

The Mayor of Plattsburgh has stated that one of his priorities is to establish a public use park on the shore of Lake Champlain.

The county has voted to close Clinton County Airport (just a few miles from the Plattsburgh Airport) and consolidate all based aircraft and operations at the old Air Force Base.

The FAA has agreed to fund the newly re-opened Plattsburgh Air Base as a Commercial Airport. LOWES has opened a 115,000 acre store in one of the existing malls on Route 3.  Applebees is just finishing up building one of their restaurants in the same mall.  We can't predict the future but the latest developments suggest growth here in N.Y.'s northern most Class 1 City.

Commercially zoned and offered at $900,000
